Due to the customization of our leis, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once it leaves our facility.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 2 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, description of the damages and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
